Abstract: K. Uhlenbeck in 1982 established a gauge fixing theorem to obtain a compactness theorem, which  has played an important role in Yang-Mills theory. In this talk, we establish a parabolic  gauge fixing theorem,  present a new proof of  the Yang-Mills flow over a four dimensional manifold and  prove that the weak solution is unique.
