This talk will focus on what is the essence of determining the weak limit of stationary measures for SODEs and its concentration. For quasi-potential system under small additive noise perturbation, we prove that the weak limit will concentrated on the global minima of the quasipotential, which gives exact asymptotic measure and its support, including stable equilibria, stable periodic orbits, saddles, and chaotic motions et al., of a large number of quasi-potential systems. For dissipative dynamical system perturbed by small general nondegenerate noise, we introduce Freidlin and Wentzell uniform large deviations principle technique to compute transition diffiffifficult matrix so that we can defifine the generalized quasipotential to decide the exact concentration.
