In this presentation, we will start by introducing the supersymmetric (susy) hyperbolic sigma model, which is a simplified model for Anderson transition. Our focus will be on defining a random Schrodinger matrix in this context. We will then proceed to review several of Matsumoto-Yor's results, which generalize Pitman's 2M-B theorem in a positive temperature setting. It's relation to the RSK correspondence and KPZ universality will also be explained. We will explore the applicability of some of these results to the susy hyperbolic sigma model, providing a random Schrodinger matrix counterpart to Matsumoto-Yor's scalar case. Finally, we will discuss some open problems related to this topic. Our work is based on collaborations with C. Sabot, V. Rapenne, and T. Gérard.
